History of Effortless

Effortless PMU began in 2017, when Judy was searching for a new career venture and decided to follow her passion in makeup. She enrolled in many different permanent make up academies and soon enough, she was taking on clients in the back room of Spades Nail Parlor. With the help of her sisters, Law of Attraction, and nearly half a decade’s worth of experience tattooing people’s faces, she has built a business that resonates with people of all ages and demographics who only want to expend their efforts into what truly matters most.

Judy Liang creates permanent makeup looks that’s so natural it’s virtually undetectable. She is also the trainer and creator of the exclusive 1 week Ombre brow course to give the next generation of permanent makeup artists the support they need to live a fulfilling life. She has certifications and extensive training in microblading, powder brows, ombre brows, lips, eyeliner, color correction, color theory, and tattoo removal.

Selena He became a certified artist under Judy’s training and joined the Effortless team in early 2021 apprenticing under Judy.

She is currently taking on Ombre clients at a special price of $400.
